BioMini-me? Me in a short text box? I'm afraid it's just not possible! I defy expectation! I spit on generalizations! But let's be honest here, I don't think anyone is as unique as they'd like to make themselves out to be. Just like thinking you're a good driver compared to the other lunatics out there. So here's a couple cool facts about my life, so you can start raining down stereotypes. My family's from North Carolina (god bless 'em), from Fayetteville to Sanford to Raleigh to Charlotte. I went to a high falutin' boarding school in Massachusetts, where I learned the vital importance of the Gold and Silver Ball in NYC and how everyone needs cashmeres specifically for sleeping in. College was spent in beauteous Chapel Hill, where I participated in a riot on Franklin Street when we beat Duke in basketball. Other seminal college moments included sneaking out one rainy night to the baseball field and sliding on the groundtarp, playing the front 9 rounds of pub golf on my 21st birthday (and making it home without passing out), and driving to my grandmother's beach house in Wrightsville at 3am on a weeknight. Of course, I've become responsible in my advanced age. Why just last week I got into a food fight with cornstarch and taffy! That's a step up from a riot, in my book.
My obsessions include writing with my toes, doing yoga, trying any new food I can think of (not including sauerkraut), running, and reading postmodern philosophy.
